Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Kamo CZ app. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. What Kamo CZ is
Kamo CZ is a study tool that helps you practise for the Czech A2 (CEFR) language exam. It is an independent learning aid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of any government body, examination centre, or certification authority. Practice tests, scores and AI feedback are for study purposes only and are not an official exam result.
2. AI-generated feedback
Some features use artificial intelligence to evaluate your answers and to chat with you as a tutor. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and must not be relied on as authoritative. You are responsible for the content you submit; do not submit unlawful, harmful, or sensitive personal information. We may apply automated filtering, and you can report objectionable AI responses from within the chat.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide an accurate e-mail address. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits or security, or access it by automated means.
- Do not submit content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, or that infringes others' rights.
- Do not attempt to extract, resell, or republish the app's content.
5. Intellectual property
The app, its content and exam materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own study.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for exam outcomes. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights under Czech law.
8. Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
