Kamo Chat Data Deletion
Request deletion
To request deletion of Kamo Chat account data, email privacy.kamochat@kamolabs.cz with the subject "Kamo Chat data deletion request".
Facebook automated deletion
When Facebook sends Kamo Chat a verified data deletion callback, we revoke active Kamo Chat sessions, remove the Facebook sign-in identity, and return a confirmation code with a public status URL.
What to include
Include the email address used in Kamo Chat and the sign-in provider you used, such as Facebook, Apple, Google, or email. Do not send passwords or authentication codes.
What we delete
After verifying the request, we delete or anonymize account records and app data that are not required for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or billing records.
Timing
We aim to process valid deletion requests within 30 days. We may ask for additional information if we cannot match the request to a Kamo Chat account.
